The MVR mechanical steam recompression device uses the secondary steam generated in the evaporation system to do work through a compressor, increasing steam pressure and enthalpy, circulating for heating and evaporation, fully utilizing the waste heat of the secondary steam engine condensate in the system, and achieving outstanding energy-saving effects. In addition to using fresh steam and waste heat raw material steam for driving, there is no need to use additional steam. The purpose of evaporation concentration is achieved through the self circulation of the evaporator, which can save 70-90% of energy consumption. The system consists of a preheater, evaporative heat exchanger, separator, and steam compressor.
Multi effect evaporation concentrator
The multi effect evaporation device utilizes new steam to heat the first effect, and the generated secondary steam enters the second effect for further heating and utilization, reusing this principle to further utilize thermal energy. The material liquid is heated and evaporated in multiple stages on the tube side for concentration, thereby reducing operating costs.
Multi effect falling film evaporator
The feed liquid is added to the upper part of the heater of the falling film evaporator through the feeding pump, evenly distributed by the film distribution device, and flows downward in a film like manner along the inner wall of the heat exchanger shell. The water evaporates rapidly, and the vapor and liquid are fully separated by the separation device. After condensation, the residual heat of the secondary steam can enter the rear or front channel for further heating, and the liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber. It can also be used in combination with multi effect, forced circulation, MVR, solidification and other evaporators.
Mainly applicable to industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection, and waste liquid evaporation and recovery, it is a structurally, crystalline, high concentration, high viscosity, and insoluble solid evaporation and concentration method.
The evaporator is composed of a coaxial twin tube structure, which is connected by a central downcomer. The bottom structure (retention chamber or growth chamber) provides the necessary space and fluidization characteristics for crystal growth and suppression of supersaturation. Due to the control of crystal growth by the growth type crystallizer, the generated salt crystals can be classified according to particle size, and the classified salt crystals form a fluidized bed, suppressing the generation of supersaturation. The circulation of materials from the growth chamber to the heating chamber is achieved through an external pump.
This evaporative crystallizer is a continuous crystallizer with a flow tube and baffle for circulating crystal slurry. The system consists of a heating chamber, an evaporation crystallization chamber, a circulation pump, a vertical axial flow pump, a crystallization zone, an evaporation zone, and a mother liquor zone (baffle). The crystal particle size is around 0.2-1.2mm, with uniform particles and a smooth surface. Different products have different crystal characteristics, but within a certain range, the particle size can be adjusted, which is the characteristic of DTB crystallizer.
Centrifugal scraper film evaporator
This machine is an evaporator that uses high-speed rotation to distribute liquid into a uniform thin film and performs evaporation or distillation in a vacuum state. It consists of one or more heating cylinders with jackets and a high-speed rotating film scraping mechanism inside the cylinder. The scraping mechanism continuously scrapes the liquid onto the wall of the heating cylinder to form a uniformly thick liquid film and moves downwards. At the same time, the low boiling point components rise, evaporate, and separate, and the concentrated liquid is discharged from the bottom of the evaporator.
Evaporator for high concentration and high salt wastewater

High concentration and high salt organic wastewater is a type of wastewater formed during chemical production, garbage infiltration, or reverse osmosis processes, which is extremely difficult to treat. Its COD30000-1000000mg/L and salt concentration of 5% -25% (50000ppm-150000ppm) are currently difficult to treat wastewater. Its ultra-high organic matter concentration and Ca2+, Mg2+, Si4+concentration make it difficult for conventional multi effect evaporators and MVR processes to operate for a long period of time due to scaling and other factors. Even liquid incineration systems are prone to pipeline blockage and severe corrosion due to their high salt content.
After being filtered and heated, the air enters the hot air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber uniformly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid is pumped to the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower, where it is atomized into extremely fine mist droplets. When it comes into contact with hot air, the moisture evaporates rapidly in a very short time. The finished product is continuously collected by the dust collector at the bottom of the drying tower, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan for further treatment.
