Working Principle
◆ This machine is an internal heating conduction type rotary continuous drying equipment. The rotating drum adheres to a certain thickness of material film through its lower material groove, and heat is transported to the inner wall of the drum through pipelines, conducted to the outer wall of the drum, and then transmitted to the material film, causing the moisture in the material film to quickly evaporate, dehydrate, and be discharged through the fan. The dried material is scraped off the drum surface by a scraper, and then collected and packaged by a screw conveyor. The exhaust gas is discharged after condensation and treated separately.
Application
◆ Suitable for solidification of waste liquids or viscous materials in industries such as chemical, dye, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, etc.
