Multi effect falling film evaporator

The feed liquid is added to the upper part of the heater of the falling film evaporator through the feeding pump, evenly distributed by the film distribution device, and flows downward in a film like manner along the inner wall of the heat exchanger shell. The water evaporates rapidly, and the vapor and liquid are fully separated by the separation device. After condensation, the residual heat of the secondary steam can enter the rear or front channel for further heating, and the liquid phase is discharged from the separation chamber. It can also be used in combination with multi effect, forced circulation, MVR, solidification and other evaporators.

Principle
