Jinling is a professional manufacturer of vacuum paddle dryers in China. This model has a simple structure. which is adopted from the first generation of domestic products. It is mainly used for the drying or cooling of the powder and granular materials that do not require a sealed environment. The machine is supported by a bearing structure at both ends. Two sets of bearing and Haval bearing seats are used in this case. Packing seal is generally applied. The reducer is side mounted or direct- connected. The design of the mixing shaft and the main body is farly simple.
Jinling is a professional manufacturer of paddle dryer. The paddle dryer with the wedge structure is one of the first traditional dryers in China. It is a low speed mixing dryer that uses heat conduction. The drying barrel is equipped with a jacket. The hollow shaft is equipped with a hollow paddle, wherea heat transfer medium can flow through. The wet material can exchange heat with the barrel and the hot surface of the paddle through the agitation of the mixing paddle, so that the wet material can be dried eventually. Generally, the structure can be horizontal, double shaft or Quadruple shaft.

The pressurized spray dryer uses a pressurized atomizer to atomize the solution or the slurry material into fine droplets with the pressure produced by the pressure pump, which significantly increases thesurface area of the material. After the sufficient heat exchange with the hot air, the material can be driedrapidly (between ten seconds and a hundred seconds), so that the products can be powdery or fine particles.
The extract spray dryer is mainly used for drying products with low melting point and high sugar content. It can be equipped with air dehumidifier, automatic cleaning device, air filtration system, cold wall system, windfilm system, exhaust gas treatment system and other devices. The machine has a high level of automation and the operation of this machine is very easy. This machine is generally made of stainless steel and it meets the reQuirements of "GMP".
Spray drying is the simplest way to turn the liuid phase directly to the solid phase. It is mainly used to make powdery and granular products fromsolutions, emulsions, suspensions or pasty liquid materials.
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is generally made from 12 -60 mesh stainless steel wire, which is dragged and moved in the dryer by the transmission device.
The blower blows the heated air at the appropriate speed from the bottom of the dryer into the drying chamber along the tangent trajectory for mixing and crushing. The material enters the main body of the machine from the Quantitative feeder.
This machine is applicable for drying materials shaped like filter cakes with relatively high moisture content, such as copolymer of vinyl acetate and vinyl chloride, floc of cellulose acetate fiber, catalyst, CMC, calcined gypsum, electrolytic manganese dioxide, ammonium anthraquinone sulfonate.
The materal is fed into the flash dryer Quantitatively through the feeder. The heated air with high velocity transfers heat Quickly to the powdery material in the drying pipe. The dried material is continuously discharged after being collected by the cyclone separator, and the humid air is discharged through the induced draft fan. The cloth bag dust collector or the water film dust collector can also be added to the machine. Dust explosion should be prevented for fine materials.
Hot-Air Circulating Tray Dryer

Horizontal Fluidized Bed Dryer
After the filtered air is heated, it enters the fluidized bed through the air distributing valve. The wet material from the Quantitative feeder is blown upwards by the high-pressure hot air and it will reach the boiling state.
