Descriptions
◆ The evaporator is composed of a coaxial twin tube structure, which is connected by a central downcomer. The bottom structure (retention chamber or growth chamber) provides the necessary space and fluidization characteristics for crystal growth and suppression of supersaturation. Due to the control of crystal growth by the growth type crystallizer, the generated salt crystals can be classified according to particle size, and the classified salt crystals form a fluidized bed, suppressing the generation of supersaturation. The circulation of materials from the growth chamber to the heating chamber is achieved through an external pump.
Performance characteristics
◆The crystal particles produced by the evaporative crystallizer are relatively large and have a narrow particle size distribution;
◆ The circulation volume of the solution is large, the supersaturation of the solution is small, and it is not easy to produce secondary crystal nuclei, which is conducive to crystallization operations;
◆ There is no crystal breakage problem in the clear liquid circulation, and the uniform supersaturation in the suspended bed creates favorable conditions for crystal growth;

Evaporation crystallization of materials such as ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, and potassium chloride.
