High-Efficiency Fluidized Bed Dryer
Once the air is filtered and heated, it enters the main body of the dryer from the bottom, and passes through the mesh plate of the hopper and the material. In the drying chamber, the fluidized drying state is formed by stirring or negative pressure. After the dust is collected by the cloth bag,the moisture is discharged by the induced draft fan so that the material can be dried in the end.
The material enters the machine evenly from the feed inlet. Due to the vibration force, the material is tossed forward continuously in the horizontal direction. After the hot air passes through the bed hole and exchanges heat with the wet material, the wet air is removed by the separator and then discharged from the exhaust outlet; dry material is discharged from the discharge outlet.
Dual-Mass Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer
On the basis of foreign technology, our company has developed and produced the dual-mass fluidized bed drying device, which is mainly composed of the lower chamber, the middle chamber, the upper chamber, the base, the plate of the fluidized bed, the spray hole, the vibration system, the feed receiving system, the system of the forced draught blower induced draft fan, etc.
This is a new type of continuous drying equipment with hot air circulation for heating designed and produced by Jinling. The operation is fully sealed, it can also be designed in the form of closed-circuit heating and drying. It is an upgraded product of the circulating oven.
Vacuum Plate Dryer (Thermal Plate)
Under the high vacuum condition, continuous or semi-continuous feeding and discharging of materials is maintained.

Multi-Circulating Rotary Dryer
This processing technique uses a the-leeve design. The material enters the innermost chamber of the dryer through a spiral Quantitative feeder. Due to the efects of the shoveling plates and the air flow, the material is carried by the imported hot air for the secondary bafle drying. in which case mass and heat can be fully transferred. The dried material is collected by the cyclone dust collector or the cloth bag dust collector. The wet air is discharged by the induced draft fan. This eQuipment has advantages such as high energy eficincy. long retention time for drying, and small floor area.
The rotary dryer has a cylindrical body that is slightly inclined. The rotation speed is adjustable within a certain range. The wet material is fed into the gylinder by the feeder. The material is evenly dispersed by the shoveling plates that are evenly distributed inside the cylinder. The hot air (cocurrent or countercurrent) passes through the gylinder and meets the material, which accelerates heat and mass transfer, so that the material can be dried in the end. Different shoveling plates will be used depending on the characteristics of the material. This machine has advantages such as simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and large processing capacity.
Since the drum uses the internal heat conduction method for direct heating, the thermal eficiency in this case is very high. All the heat is used to evaporate the moisture contained in the material film of the drum. The thermal eficiency can reach 80% ~ 90%.
