Introduction

◆Jinling is a professional manufacturer of vacuum paddle dryers in China. This model has a simple structure. which is adopted from the first generation of domestic products. It is mainly used for the drying or cooling of the powder and granular materials that do not require a sealed environment. The machine is supported by a bearing structure at both ends. Two sets of bearing and Haval bearing seats are used in this case. Packing seal is generally applied. The reducer is side mounted or direct- connected. The design of the mixing shaft and the main body is farly simple.

Principle

◆Wet materials are put into jacket-heated containers in batches. In a vacuum state, a stirring device with a shoveling plate continuously stirs the materials for heating and evaporation, and a circulating flow is formed inside the container. After the water or solvent evaporates or after it is recovered, it will be discharged via vacuum pump.

Features

◆This machine uses large -scale sandwich heating method, to increase the heat transfer area and thermal efficiency.

◆Different mixing structures can be applied. In cases of drying slurry, paste-like or sticky materials, further discussion is required.

◆Discharge valves can be designed diferently according to the specific requirements, in order to make the discharging process smoother. (This design is a patented product of Jinling.)

◆The special design of the mixing shaft and the paddle blades ensures the strength and concentricity of theshaft.

◆Depending on the requirements of the user, a medium can be added inside the shaft, or the machine can be eQuipped with a vibration device.

◆Depending on the materials, diferent flters and discharge valves can be applied.

◆The jacket is either semi-tubular or integral.

◆The heat source can be hot water, steam, or thermal oil.

◆Maintenance is easy and simple; cost is low; production cycle is short.

◆The sampling valve can be designed according to the requirements or our customers .
