Principle

◆jinling Technology is a professional manufacturer of tray dryers, including large size dryers such as the one that is12mX6mX3m.

◆After several upgrades, this product has reached an advanced domestically and internatinally. It uses steam or electricity as the heat source. Axial fan and heat exchanger are used to heat the air in a convection manner. The hot air flows through the drying tray and transfers heat to the material. Fresh air enters the chamber from the inlet for replenishment, and then is discharged from the outlet for wet exhaust. The fresh air is continuously replenished and the wet air that has been heated is continuously discharged, so that the moisture content within the chamber can reach the appropriate level. The most significant feature of this dryer is that most of the hot air is circulated within the chamber, which increases the eficiency of heat transferring and saves energy at the same time.

Remarks

1.The heat source can be steam, electricity, thermal oil, or the combination of steam and electricity; the system can be equipped with microwave, heat pump, hot exhaust gas model, direct heating model with natural gas etc.

2.General temperature of usage: 50-150。C for steam heating; 50-350 °C for electrical or infrared heating.

3.We provide options such as ordinary automatic control system, PLC touch screen control, recorder, etc. for our users.

4.Electric heating is calculated according to type I 15kW; motor and electrical explosion protection must be confirmed separately.

5.The materials, requirements, fans, etc. of the non-standard dryers must be designed according to the specific situations.

6.Standard tray size: 460X 640x 45mm. Drying truck size: 960x698x 1464mm.

7.Specific requirements must be presented and explained before any orders are made, such as GMP tray dryers, corrosive materials, high temperature, and internal cleaning.
