Paddle sludge dryer


Jinling Company is a professional manufacturer of blade drying machines. The wedge-shaped blade drying machine is the first generation of traditional products in China and is a low-speed stirring drying machine with conduction heating. A jacket is installed on the dryer cylinder, and a hollow blade is installed on the hollow shaft. A heat carrier is introduced into it, and the wet material is fully heat and mass transferred with the hot surface of the cylinder and blade under the stirring of the stirring blade, in order to achieve the purpose of drying. The structural form is generally horizontal, double axis or four axis.

Disc sludge dryer


This product is the second-generation disc blade sludge dryer independently developed and designed by our company, with different forms such as disc, semi disc, and spiral structure. By using an embedded stirring structure with two hollow shaft arranged heating disks, wet sludge is forcibly sheared, crushed, and dispersed. Scrapers at different angles are set on the periphery of each disk to provide self-cleaning function on the heat transfer surface (molded structure), fully improving heat and mass transfer and efficiency. Using steam or thermal oil as a heat source, it is directly introduced into the shaft, disc, and cylinder jacket, causing the moisture in the sludge to evaporate on the contact surface due to heating. At the same time, the gradient pushes the moisture in the sludge to transfer from the contact surface to the air and release it onto the sludge surface, thereby achieving the purpose of drying. The maximum daily processing capacity of a single drying machine is ≤ 150t (80%).

Vacuum disc sludge dryer


Mainly used in chemical raw materials, pesticides, chemical sludge, etc. Specially designed for the drying treatment of oily sludge and coal chemical sludge, it is currently a substitute for imported equipment and one of the systems with high safety and stability in the sludge drying process.

Drum sludge dryer


Mainly targeting sludge with high corrosiveness and low water treatment requirements; High temperature waste heat or exhaust gas can be used as a carrier; The treatment of block shaped sludge with complex composition, high impurities, and large hard spots.

Mid temperate sludge dryer


The main body of the belt type sludge drying system consists of multiple unit structures. Dehydrated sludge is sent to the extruder through the feeding system and evenly laid on the drying belt, which sends the sludge into the main structure of the device; In the drying chamber, heating gas raises the temperature of the drying chamber to the set value, and hot air enters the drying device from the upper or lower part of the device, flowing through the entire drying zone. When air flows through the sludge laid on the drying belt, it takes away the moisture in the sludge, achieving the drying of the sludge.

Low temperature (heat pump) belt dryer


The low-temperature drying unit is a professional equipment that utilizes the Carnot cycle principle and is equipped with a combination of air supply system, heat exchange system, etc. It is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving drying unit. According to the Carnot cycle principle, a small amount of electrical energy is consumed to drive the compressor to compress the medium into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which enters the condenser to release heat. The heat released by the condenser is sent to the drying chamber by the circulating fan, which heats up the materials in the drying chamber and repeatedly circulates to absorb moisture from the materials. The moisture is continuously vaporized and removed from the surface of the materials, and then cooled and dehumidified by the evaporator to discharge the moisture in the materials, achieving material drying.

Sludge special drum drying system


Waste heat air or heat exchange air enters the rotary dryer and directly exchanges heat and mass with wet sludge in the channel. It is equipped with a special crushing device (specially designed structure) to quickly evaporate the water in the sludge. The smaller sludge particles are discharged from the dryer and collected together with the gas through the outer channel, while the larger sludge particles stay in the dryer for a longer time until drying is completed. Part of the exhaust gas is extracted and treated by a deodorizer to meet atmospheric emission standards (or cooled by water foam dust removal) before being discharged into the atmosphere.

Collaborative treatment system for sludge and biomass


Due to the limitations of site selection for existing water plants, transportation to long-distance landfills is generally far away, especially in mountainous areas where it is more troublesome. Due to the poor carrying capacity of sludge landfill and secondary pollution, many landfill sites are basically unwilling to recycle or increase disposal costs. Meanwhile, the indiscriminate burning or disposal of biomass straw and other materials seriously affects the environment and leads to resource waste. In response to this series of issues, combined with the urban-rural structure, our company has developed various sludge biomass collaborative treatment technologies and equipment, which comprehensively solve the problems of sludge harmless treatment and straw incineration in terms of practicality, stability, reliability, efficiency, and energy conservation and environmental protection. It is possible to design independent or stable collaborative treatment with household waste gasification cycle.

Overview of complete treatment technology and equipment for sludge drying and incineration


Sludge is mainly composed of low-level organic compounds such as amino acids, humic acid, bacteria and their metabolites, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, heterocyclic compounds, organic sulfides, volatile odors, organic fluorides, etc. In addition, it also contains inorganic substances and heavy metal substances such as mercury, cadmium, and lead. Sludge is a by-product with a large volume generated from sewage treatment, generally with a moisture content of 80-90%. For every 10000 cubic meters of sewage treatment capacity, more than 10 tons of sludge can be produced (calculated based on sludge with a moisture content of 80-90%).
