Spray drying is the simplest way to turn the liuid phase directly to the solid phase. It is mainly used to make powdery and granular products fromsolutions, emulsions, suspensions or pasty liquid materials.
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is generally made from 12 -60 mesh stainless steel wire, which is dragged and moved in the dryer by the transmission device.
The blower blows the heated air at the appropriate speed from the bottom of the dryer into the drying chamber along the tangent trajectory for mixing and crushing. The material enters the main body of the machine from the Quantitative feeder.
This machine is applicable for drying materials shaped like filter cakes with relatively high moisture content, such as copolymer of vinyl acetate and vinyl chloride, floc of cellulose acetate fiber, catalyst, CMC, calcined gypsum, electrolytic manganese dioxide, ammonium anthraquinone sulfonate.
The materal is fed into the flash dryer Quantitatively through the feeder. The heated air with high velocity transfers heat Quickly to the powdery material in the drying pipe. The dried material is continuously discharged after being collected by the cyclone separator, and the humid air is discharged through the induced draft fan. The cloth bag dust collector or the water film dust collector can also be added to the machine. Dust explosion should be prevented for fine materials.
Hot-Air Circulating Tray Dryer

After the filtered air is heated, it enters the fluidized bed through the air distributing valve. The wet material from the Quantitative feeder is blown upwards by the high-pressure hot air and it will reach the boiling state.

Depending on how the moisture contained in the material evaporates during the drying process and how the specific gravity of the material changes after the drying process completes, we have different air volumes, air pressures and temperature ranges in different sections to meet the requirements of drying.
High-Efficiency Fluidized Bed Dryer
Once the air is filtered and heated, it enters the main body of the dryer from the bottom, and passes through the mesh plate of the hopper and the material. In the drying chamber, the fluidized drying state is formed by stirring or negative pressure. After the dust is collected by the cloth bag,the moisture is discharged by the induced draft fan so that the material can be dried in the end.
The material enters the machine evenly from the feed inlet. Due to the vibration force, the material is tossed forward continuously in the horizontal direction. After the hot air passes through the bed hole and exchanges heat with the wet material, the wet air is removed by the separator and then discharged from the exhaust outlet; dry material is discharged from the discharge outlet.
