◆ The company specializes in designing a variety of relatively new drying equipment for fiber materials such as slag, and provides guarantees for subsequent pyrolysis and gasification stabilization treatment.

◆ Existing slag and residue dryers generally use fluidized bed, drum, and combination dryers for drying. During the production process, due to the unstable moisture content of slag and residue when entering the dryer, the final moisture content of the dried slag and residue after hot air drying is unstable. Moreover, in terms of equipment flow, in the past, conical screw presses were mostly used to press wet materials, reduce the initial moisture content in the slag, and then use a horizontal boiling dryer in series for hot air drying. The conical screw press has pressure filtration problems for certain grains with smaller particle sizes. However, due to structural reasons, the horizontal boiling dryer causes slag residue to deposit in the equipment, leading to carbonization and ignition.

◆ This drying unit adopts a combination of multiple specialized dryers for different materials, fully overcoming the drawbacks of previous structures, changing the traditional drying mode, saving labor input, reducing total production energy consumption, and improving the controllability, practicality, economy, and environmental protection requirements of slag and residue dryers. The company has stable application cases of 400t/day processing of beer lees, as well as application cases of 10t/day processing of sawdust.
