Description

◆This is a new type of continuous drying equipment with hot air circulation for heating designed and produced by Jinling. The operation is fully sealed, it can also be designed in the form of closed-circuit heating and drying. It is an upgraded product of the circulating oven.

Principle

◆This drying equipment is an externally-heated vertical turbine dryer. Under the force of the central turbine fan, different amounts of hot air are circulated and heated in each section to promote convective drying, so that the wet material can move from plate to plate, from top to bottom, for convective drying, driven by the fixed combers and the scrapers installed in each layer. The dried product is continuously discharged from the bottom.

◆This machine has features such as new design, compact structure, easy operation,uniform drying, low energy consumption, and wide applications. It is suitable for slow heating, drying, cooling and solvent recovery of materials that are crystalline, amorphous, powdery, granular, or heat-sensitive.
