Principle

◆The continuous vacuum plate dryer is developed and designed by our company independently. It is now as advanced as the ones produced overseas. The material is continuously and Quantitatively sealed and then added to the vacuum plate dryer. As the boiling point of the material decreases under the vacuum environment, the material can be dried at a low-temperature state. As the paddle blades continuously stir the material and push it forward, the surface of the material keeps getting renewed, which further accelerates the drying rate. Meanwhile, the humid air (or solvent) is pumped out of the system by a vacuum pump, so that the material can be continuously dried and cooled while the solvent can be recovered under the vacuum condition. This type of drying equipment is mainly used for continuous drying, reaction or cooling of materials that are heat sensitive, toxic, or easy to oxidize, and materials that require solvent recovery.
