The system consists of sealed feed, dedicated sludge dryer, sealed discharge, exhaust gas treatment and other systems. The system achieves safe operation control by controlling combustible components, temperature, pressure, and oxygen. It has high applicability to sludge containing organic solvents such as oil and is currently one of the safest sludge drying processes in China.

Suitable for oily sludge (oil content ≤ 10%), coal chemical sludge, and other sludge containing combustible organic solvents, electroplating sludge, and chemical sludge.
