Principle

◆This machine uses high-speed rotation to distribute the liquid into auniform film. It is an evaporator for evaporation or distillation under vacuumconditions. It consists of one or more jacketed heating cylinders and the filmscraping device inside the cylinders with high rotation speed.The film scrapingdevice continuously scrapes the liquid on the wall of the heating cylinder intoa thick and uniform liquid film which moves downward.At the same time, thecomponents with low boiling point rise and evaporate and it will be separated,concentrated, and then discharged from the bottom of the evaporator.
