Principle
◆The MVR mechanical vapor recompression eouipment uses the secondary steam generated in the evaporation system to performwork through the compressor, increasing the steam pressure and enthalpy. circulating for heating and evaporation, having full use ofthe residual heat of the secondary steam and condensate in the system, and saving energy efficienty.In addition to using fresh steamduring starting of the machine and steam for preheatig raw materials, no extra steam is necessary. The evaporator can be selF-circulated to achieve the purpose of evaporation and concentration, which can save 70 ~90% of energy consumption.

◆The forced circulation evaporator is used to take the advantages of large heat transfer coefficient and large evaporation intensityThe materials will be less likely to accumulate on the walls or block the pipes. lt is especall suitable for materials that generale crystalsduring the evaporation process.
◆The self-pumping circulation system is used to keep the crystal and mother liouid circulating at all times to avoid the crystalsblocking the pipes.
