The equipment takes advantage of the principle that the boiling point of ethanol is lower than the boilig point of waterand its solution, to distill the recycled ethanol solution with the heating temperature that is slightly higher the boilingpoint of ethanol.The vapor of concentrated ethanol will be generated after treated by the distillation tower, and it can berecycled once cooled by the condenser. Eventually, the alcohol with the concentration that meets the requirement will bemade. This equipment has five main parts.Other accessories may apply if necessary.

This machine is used across pharmaceutical industry. chemical industry,food industry. and light engineeringindustry for the production processes such as hydrolysis,neutralization, crystallization, distillation and evaporation.There are different mixing mechanisms,including anchor mixing, frame mixing, and paddle mixing. The sealingmechanism is usually mechanical sealing. Different structures can be used for heating and cooling, such as jacket,semi-tube, and coil. Heating methods can be steam, electricity, or thermal oil, depending on the working conditionsand requirements for processing such as resistance for acid and alkali, high temperature,wear and tear, andcorrosion.This machine can be custom made to meet the specific requirements of our clients.

This equipment is designed for mixing and fermenting the raw materials. It has the internalcirculation structure.Foams will be dispersed and broken through the mixing process. Inside thetank, asepsis respiration system or asepsis fermentation system with compression is installed.The tank body is not covered with jacket.Circulation of heating and cooling will be accomplishedthrough the heating and cooling applied to the media.
