Its COD30000-1000000mg/L and salt concentration of 5% -25% (50000ppm-150000ppm) are currently difficult to treat wastewater. Its ultra-high organic matter concentration and Ca2+, Mg2+, Si4+concentration make it difficult for conventional multi effect evaporators and MVR processes to operate for a long period of time due to scaling and other factors. Even liquid incineration systems are prone to pipeline blockage and severe corrosion due to their high salt content.
