◆It is a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.

 

Principle

◆The principle of this model is to put the material on a special drying tray, place it on a heating rack (or a heating plate), meanwhile under vacuum conditions, heat will be conducted and transferred for drying.

Vacuum pump is also used to extract air for dehumidification, which can accelerate the drying rate.

◆If a condenser is added, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser.

 

Application

◆The equipment is suitable for low temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials that are easy to decompose, polymerize and coke at high temperature; it is widely used across pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics and many other industries.
