◆ This evaporative crystallizer is a continuous crystallizer with a flow tube and baffle for circulating crystal slurry. The system consists of a heating chamber, an evaporation crystallization chamber, a circulation pump, a vertical axial flow pump, a crystallization zone, an evaporation zone, and a mother liquor zone (baffle). The crystal particle size is around 0.2-1.2mm, with uniform particles and a smooth surface. Different products have different crystal characteristics, but within a certain range, the particle size can be adjusted, which is the characteristic of DTB crystallizer.
Application scope
Suitable for evaporation crystallization of materials such as sodium chloride, phenylalanine, sodium sulfate, ammonium chloride, zinc sulfate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulfate, sodium hydroxide, etc.
