What's the MOQ for your products?
We accept MOQ 1 unit to start the cooperation.
How about your delivery time after placing the order?
We will according to your purchase quantity and product itself situation to arrange mass product and shipment. Generally, 50 days lead time should be need.
How do you make a price offer and how long is its validity?
Price offer is based on customer's particular order and payment terms. Usually, the offer is valid for 2 months.
What about the payment terms?
We accept T/T and L/C both , We prefer confirmed 100% irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight. As for T/T ,we usually demand client make 30% payment in advance，70% before goods shipment.
Where do you load the goods?
By sea
Shanghai port, Nanjing port, Ningbo port and so on, it can be meet to your requirement .
Do you have agency and branch factory?
We have three domestic sale agencies spread over Zhejiang province, Shandong province and north-Jiangsu province, one international sale agency in Changzhou center . Meanwhile, we have a branch factory in Zhajiawan except General.
It's our first time to buy these goods from China, how can we buy?
First you can send enquiries including the products name, item and quantities to us, then we will send you our best prices according to your requirements, if you need us to pay the freight charge to your country, please state in your email, after we all confirm the prices and delivery time.

We guarantee “Service before sell, Service in sell, Service after sell”, detailed information please refer to the “Service section” on homepage.
Which datas do you need? In addition, Which kinds of certificate do you need us make out when goods has shipped?
In general, we provide two sets of commerical invoice,packing list,three sets of original B/L and one Copy B/L.
