Principle

It is an innovation horizontal batch-type vacuum drier (drying equipment/drying machine) improved on the basis of introduced technology of other harrow driers. The moister ofwet material will be evaporated by heat transmission. The stirrer with squeegee will remove material on hot surface and move in the container form cycle flow. The evaporated moisture will be pumped by vacuum pump.Our company is specialized in producing Harrow Dryer in China.

Features:

Being adapted the big area heating way, its heat conducting area is large and its heat efficiency is high.
Being installed stirring in the machine, it makes raw material in cylinder form the state of continuous circle inside the cylinder, so the uniformity to be heated of raw material is raised greatly.
Being installed stirring in the machine, pulpiness, paste-like mixture or powder raw materials can be dried easy.

Special idea of discharging poet, better sealing and few material accumulating, discharge is easy. (The design had been apply patent)

There are two seal model: mechanical and filling. The design supply good seal and long life.

The special technical of shaft and harrow supply high strength and concentric.
The medium in shaft and adding vibrating equipment will be equipped with requirement.
