Principle:

This machine adapts the mode of out heating or vertical worm drier. Rely on the action of central worm fan, it can input different hot air amount and waste gas cycle in accordance with every section and promote convection drying and make material dry and move from up disk to low disk one by one under the action of fixed comb and rectifying device and squeegee. The dried finished product will be discharged at the bottom continuously.
This machine features innovation in design, compact in structure, simple in control, uniform in drying, low energy consumption, wide in application field. It is suitable for drying crystal, amorphous, powder, granule and paste material as well as thermal sensitive material through slow heating, cooling and solvent recovering.
