Features:
1. This equipment has unique design, compact structure, and high drying speed (36-144kgH2O/m3/h), thermal efficiency as high as 60%, short drying time. Particularly it is suitable for drying slurry, paste, suspended liquid and solution materials. It is mainly used for the production of drug and foodstuff such as aniline, active, acidic or azo dyestuff, paint, pigment, reagent, catalyst and so on.
2. Compared with spray drier, although it needs to equip with dust remover and heating system, it is necessary to set up expensive spray system. Its productive capacity of unit volume is 10-15 times higher than latter and size of equipment can reduce 1/5-3/5 energy consumption and also reduce the cost of equipment and operation. Principle:
1. Inert carrier fluid bed drier integrates inter carrier and fluid bed drying technique in one body, it is a new style, high effective, energy saving drying equipment that could complete crushing, drying and classifying in one time.
2. This drying method is just to mix dried material and the inert carrier granule. Moreover, the material is immersed in the carrier. Relying on the surging and stirring of high speed, high temperature drying medium, it fluidizes mixture intensely, crushing, drying and separating at the same time to get qualified finished product.
3. The material of carrier should be wear resistant, high temperature resistant inert powder granule. Generally, it is in sphere shape, column shape and block shape material, such as quart sand, artificial emery carborundum, fluorine mine sand, fluor plastic, porcelain ball or salts. The actual material, shape, size and quantity to be filled should be decided in accordance with the description of product, work condition through test.
