Double cone rotating vacuum dryeris a new drier that integrates mixing and drying in one body, equipped with condenser and vacuum pump, (if the solvent needn’t recover, the condenser could not be used). The drier is advanced in design, simple in inner structure, easy for cleaning, convenient in operation, lower the strength of labor and improving work environment. Meanwhile raw material is rotating accompanying with the rotating of container, the wall of container can not accumulate material, make raw material drying quickly and have good quality. It can widely apply to dry raw materials of pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, dyestuff industry and so on. The equipment is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
Features:
When oil is used to heat, use automatic constant temperature control. It can be used for drying biology products and mine. Its temperature of operation can be adjusted from20~160 and within±2.
Compared with ordinal drier, its heat efficiency will be over 2 times;The heat is indirect.
So the raw material can not be polluted. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
It is easy in washing and maintenance.
Applications:
1. The drier is suitable for drying and mixing powder or granule shape raw material of pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry and so on.
2. Flammable and explosive material drying should be clamed.
3. When use hot water or heat conducting oil as heating resource, should be claimed before the order. Please claimed when order if need certificate of pressure vessel.
4. Please claim it when need GMP standard. (It should use direct gear drive, closed construction, vacuum cover is sintered metal mesh).
5. Material:SS304/SS316L/SS321/ hastelloy etc, inner wall is enamel for your choice.
6. We recommend being adapted speed adjustable control and central axis integrated procession when the volume of machine is larger than 2000L
Principle:
SZG double cone rotating vacuum dryer has double cone rotating tank. Under the state of vacuum inside the tank, import heat medium into jacket for heating, the heat energy can contact with the damp raw material through the inner wall. Vaporized steam can be pumped out through vacuum exhaust pipe when the damp raw material absorbed heat. Because the inner of tank is in the state of vacuum and the raw material is turned over all the time caused by rotating of tank, drying speed of raw material is quick and drying efficiency is raised, the purpose of uniform drying can be reached.
