Description:
Sterile Spray Drier is main equipment in producing powder and injection in pharmaceutical industry, a lot of antibiotic medicine, such as: Streptomycin sulfate, Gentamicin sulfate, Kanamycin sulfate etc need to be produced by sterile spray drier.
All the air and raw material will have sterilization in equipment. The compressed air could be use after purified (offer by customer).
It could get purified drying air after pre, mid and HEPA filter, finished product will be separated by cyclone separator. Finished product is packed at sterile working stage and tail air will be exhausted after bag filter.
Feature:
1. The equipment is adapt two liquid type atomizer, the structure is simple, air flow contact is good, atomizing evenly and could meet the requirement of sterile spray.
2. There is sweeping device in spray tower, easy for clean attached powder.
3. Use pre, mid and HEPA filter for filtering inlet air, could meet the requirement of GMP.
