Features:
1. Stirring speed is very fast. Circumferential velocity of outer edge is 5-15 m/s. Material has good contact with hot air, critical moisture content is low, reach 2%-3%, the heat transfer coefficient could reach 1200-4100 KJ/ (h.℃.m³).
2. The drying time is short, is generally 2-15 min. There is little hold up of material in drier.
3. Because of the comminution of stirrer, the product after drying is powder and granule, no matter the raw material is block or other shape.
4. It is especially suitable for drying sticky material.
5. It could adjust feeding and discharging time by adjust the angle of stirrer.

7. It could select different stirring type and discharging type according to the characteristic of material.
Principle:
The material is sent in stirring drier by auger conveyor. Hot air enters into drier and contact with material for first drying. Under the action of stirring and air flow, material moves backward and being raised and broken, carries out heat and mass transfer with hot air. Small granule and wet air will move backward, large granule will stay for a longer time because of high water content. Thus, even the temperature of entered hot air is 300-500℃, material temperature will be not very high. At the rear of stirring drier, material will enter cyclone separator by the force of air flow and board. Supplement hot air will accelerate the rotating speed of material in separator. It could let material stay for a longer time by using direction of air flow, wind speed and secondary air vent. So this machine could drying coarse granule, finished product is discharged by discharger. The exhaust air from separator will be separated from dust through diffusion type separator and discharged by exhaust fan. Whole system is in operation under negative pressure.
