Instruction:
1. Belt carry roller, driving roller barrel, mesh-belt tensioner, mesh-belt correcting device, frequency control motor.
2. Circulation fan: Being adapted multi-blade turbojet fan which could produce large amount of air and low noise. The fan is use ‘C’ type transmission. Each fan is installed with speed monitor to prevent accident. It will stop and alarming when the rotating speed of fan is below or over the setting range.
3. Exhausting air system: The system is used for waste air and waste air will be exhausted after the treatment in drying section
4. Heating system: Usually being adapted natural gas or electric.
5. The control system of the equipment could be use programmed PLC and touch screen.
6. The temperature of each section is adapted 0-100% proportional control.
7. Circulation fan is adapted frequency control, mesh-belt correcting deviation automatically, there has protecting device at both sides of mesh-belt and discharging part .
Main characteristic:
The whole equipment is composed of: chamber, transmission system, circulation fan, heating system, exhausting system, electrical control system, accessory equipment etc.
Chamber: The chamber is used unit construction, each section is connected by metal compensator and fan installation part is also used metal compensator. The internal bladder of each unit is installed on free base and it could prevent to damage the equipment when internal bladder expanded by heat. There is conducting air damper in each unit, internal bladder and base are connected with insulation material
