Applications

The principle of model FY-series vacuum feeder for powder granule is as follows: use vortex pump to suck air. It makes the inlet of nozzle and whole system exists in the state of vacuum. Powder and air are sucked into the nozzle together and form the air steam of raw material that pass through the sucking pipe. Final air and material reach to hopper where air and raw material are material are separated, the separated air will drop into the received equipment.
When discharged, the pulse compressed air will blow counter the filter to clean the powder on the filter. This machine is wide used for transporting powder, granule, mixed raw material of powder and granule automatically of plastic industry, rubber industry, chemical industry, dyestuff industry, pharmaceutical industry.
