Filter maintenance , according to the damage extent ,it can divide into three type:minor maintenance、medium maintenance、major maintenance.

Yesterday, this type PGC Hot-plate dryer shipped out from our company,today, I show it here, only want to express its knowledge again.
Personally, I like its structure, the round shape, its accounts for that can lay out neatly and tidily, donot have many pipes, let person have a good feeling, also can easy to operate.
The above only my mind, from the appearance, now we start from the principle、feature、application to relieve the knowledge of PGC type hot-plate dryer. First, I interpret the name, in the beginning, its name “PGC plate dryer”, don’t have “hot” ,why we change it , and add a “hot”, that because “hot” can easier express its structure and principle.
Step one: Principle:
Wet materials are fed continuously to the first drying layer on the top of dryer. Materials will be turned and stirred by rakes when the rake arm rotates and flow through the surface of drying plate along the exponential helical line. On the small drying plate, materials will be moved to its outer edge and drop down to the outer edge of the large drying plate underneath, then will be moved inward and drop down from its central hole to the small drying plate on the next layer. Both small and large drying plates are arranged alternately so as materials can go through the whole drier continuously. The heating medium, which could be in forms of saturated steam, hot water or heat conducting oil, will be led into hollow drying plates from one port to the other port of drier. Dried material will drop from the last layer of drying plate to the bottom layer of the shell body, and will be moved by rakes to discharging port. The moisture will be removed from the moist discharging port on top of cover, or sucked out by the vacuum pump on the top cover for vacuum-type plate drier. The dried materials discharged from the bottom layer can be packed directly. Drying capability could be raised up if equipped with supplementary devices such as fin drier, condenser, bag filter, exhaust fan etc.

Now, I introduce several frequency troubles may occur during working process and remedy methods lay out
Phenomenon one: cannot start and small vibration amplitude
Reasons:
1)Motor damaged
2) The control wire of electrical appliances element damaged
3)Insufficient voltage
4)The material on screen front is accumulated too large.
5)Vibration equipment broken down
6) Grease in vibration equipment get stick and agglomerate
Remedy methods:
1)Change motor

Phenomenon two: abnormal fluidity of material
Reason:
1) The lateral and horizontal position of mesh cabinet are not positive

5)Feeding material is unbalance :
1)Adjust the height of flame
2) Adjust spring
3)Adjust screen surface

Phenomena three: the sieving quality of vibration sieve is not well
Reason:
1)The screen hole blocked
2) The water content of material increase when going through screen
3)Screen equipment feeding unequally
4) The feeding layer of screen surface is too thick
5)The screen mesh is un-tight , the vibrating belt is too loose
Remedy methods:
1)Uniformly operation, steady feeding
2)Reduce the load of vibration sieve and cleaning sieve surface
3) Change the dip angle of screen cabinet.
4)Adjust the feeding of sieve equipment
5) Reduce the feeding of sieve equipment
6) Tighten the screen mesh and vibrating belt
Phenomena four: when sieve equipment normal working, the rotating speed of it gets slow, and the axis heat up on surface
Reason:
1) The axis is short of grease
2) The axis blocked.
3)The axis take excessively grease or filled inappropriate grease
4)The axis damaged or badly installed, the eccentric block drop down from the round wheel, off center
Remedy methods:
1) fill grease into axis
2)Cleaning axis ,change sealing ring, check sealing device
3)Check axis’s grease
4)Change axis ,install eccentric block, adjust the round wheel.

9. Because of it can finish the drying、wet mixing、granulating、chart process shrinkage in one seal device, and meet to the GMP standard.
10. The whole operation with strict safety protective measures, work in sealed device, installed with safety interlock device, when opened the device cover ,the power supply can cut down automatic.

DWF mesh-belt dryer is continuous drying equipment. The machine is used for drying the piece, strip and particle shape materials with good ventilation. Description:
The materials are uniformly fed on the mesh-belt by material feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the drier by a transmission device. The drier is composed of several units. For each unit, hot air is circulated separately. Part of damp tail air will be exhausted by fan, tail air is controlled by valve. Hot air passes through the mesh-belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top, and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process. The speed of mesh-belt is adjustable. The top and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to customer’s requirement. The unit number can be selected according to the demand.

Every friends ,when choosing grinding machinery, you should make more consideration from different aspects.
First step: According to grinding material to choose:
1. If powder with oily and fibrous material. Such as cooked soybean,dry paprika, pepper.
